Last night I attended planning committee to speak and ask the committee to refuse an application for a block of flats in Park Hill.
The application was excessive in size and would have had a very adverse impact on neighbouring properties in Brownlow Road and Rushmead Close.
The application had previously been approved, But I am delighted to say that last night it was refused by the committee.
This is a great result that reflects what the residents of Park Hill have asked for.
