I was delighted hear that St Augustines Church Garden has been entered into London in Bloom
What a difference Sue and all the volunteers have made to the grounds of St Augustines Church in St Augustines Road in just a couple of years. The South Croydon councillors were happy to fund some of the works from the ward budget a few years ago. They have certainly put the funds to good use! They have also involved the local community and local businesses and have recently planted a donation of gladioli and stipa tenuissima. I am really looking forward to seeing them!
