This morning Jason and I walked around the Shrublands Estate, on our monthly casework hunt.
It is an excellent opportunity for us as the local Councillors to see the casework first-hand and report it straight away. We are now starting to see the changes and progress being made, through the persistent reporting of casework until the issues are resolved.
We also spoke to several members of the community and reported their issues directly.
We have reported several cases of fly-tipping, damp internal walls, blocked drains, guttering needing repairs, refuse bin store issues, and tree pruning. We will of course chase for updates, until the issues have been resolved.
