The planning application for the site at the top of Shepherds Way at the Warren Avenue end has yet to come to planning committee. However as part of their site evaluation work the Council's wholly owned property developer, Brick by Brick, recently did some site investigation work.
I attended the work for most of the day although I left before the end. When I returned the following day I found that the grass had been unacceptably damaged. I complained to the company and they have agreed that the site was not left as it should have been. Their contractor will return to the site on Monday next week with some topsoil and grass seed to fill in and smooth over the track marks.
