I was pleased to attend the Sanderstead Residents' Association AGM by Zoom, on Tuesday 17 November. The meeting unanimously voted Heather Lindsay to take over from Dennis King as Chairman, and to retain all other members of the committee. Heather thanked the previous chairman Dennis King for all his work for the association during his twelve years as Chairman. I am grateful to the Association for all their hard work in helping progress improvements in the area. The importance of the SRA going forward is ever more important given the dire state of affairs at Croydon Council. I would urge residents to join up or get involved in their work. Do take a look at their website which has a number of great initiatives progressed over the years.
