The Sanderstead Residents' Association and the local councillors spent a hard days work clearing up the library leaves. 120 sacks of leaves were collected and another two huge piles were swept up for the council to collect. We have noticed much neglect and want to do whatever we can to help revive the library which is looking a little sad. The huge beech tree is beautiful but in the winter the leaf fall is immense. It was a good team effort.
