Rotary Field handrail 'fixed'

I took a walk in Rotary Field today and noticed that the broken handrail has now been fixed. Actually as I walked to it I thought it had been fixed and already broken but it has been installed in a rather wonky fashion. There is also a missing bracket to connect the new and the old handrail which means it wouldn't rake a huge amount of force to break it again. Whilst grateful that it has been fixed, it's a shame that it's a bodge job that I expect we'll need to have repaired again due. This quick fix will end up being more costly.
