Riddlesdown Avenue - will the bins ever be emptied?

Many residents of Riddlesdown Avenue have contacted me over the past week about the general waste bins not being emptied; their last collection was 8th June. The collection last Tuesday (22nd) didn't happen.

I have been pursuing this with Council officers and have received promises of collections on a number of days, but still the rubbish mounts up.

The latest promised collection if for today - so if you live in Riddlesdown Avenue, do make sure that your general waste bin remains accessible by the crew.
