Residents continue their campaign to stop the development of a former family house into a three story block of flats continues in the High Court at the end of year. Residents got together a few years ago now as CHASRO and committed time, money and expertise in an attempt to stop the three storey block of flats given permission by the former Labour Administration despite objections from local councillors and residents being built. The developer has pressed ahead with building the flats despite being served notice of legal action by the residents and the hearing in the High Court at the end of the year.
