Although All Saints in Sanderstead was not able to hold its usual service, prayers were said at the Memorial in the grounds of the church yard and wreaths were placed by the Sanderstead Residents' Association, The British Legion, Rotary and the local Police.
You may like to visit the War memorial and see the many Sanderstead Residents who lost their lives serving the country. Cllr Jason Perry lay a wreath at the town hall and Mark Johnson lay a wreath in New Addington. Many showed their respects in memory of those who lost their lives.
