- 38 Smitham Bottom Lane - 24/01498/FUL - Demolition of former Care Home building (C2 use) and erection of a two storey building with accommodation in the roof space to provide 9 private residential apartments (C3 use) with associated refuse and cycle stores, landscaping, vehicular access and car parking.
