The developer Polaska held some public consultation meetings last month at Christ Church and their proposals come before the Council's full planning committee on Thursday. This is a pre-app meeting so no decisions will be taken, but it is a good opportunity for the committee (of which I am a member) to hear their proposals in public and ask lots of questions. As you can see from the diagram, the proposals are for the whole site including the currently closed leisure centre, the car park and the old Sainsburys supermarket.
