All four of the planning applications considered by last night's planning committees were refused at their first meetings since the May elections.
I was particularly pleased that the application for a flatted development at the corner of Meadow Rise and Woodcote Grove Road was refused. A new team and a fresh start since the May elections. Onwards and upwards!
