Planning Committee Referral for 6 bed HMO at 5 Lismore Road

I have objected to and referred planning application 21/02521/FUL to Planning Committee for the retention of two studio flats and the conversion to a 6 bed House of Multiple Occupation at 5 Lismore road.

I had also objected to the previous refused application for a 7 bed HMO a couple of months ago.

The removal of one bedroom in the new application does not remove concerns about the overdevelopment of this property and the subsequent negative impact on neighbours, the character of the area and parking stress in the road and local area.
