Sadly contentious planning applications still coming into the Council that will impact on the character and sustainability of our area. I have referred one in West Hill near the junction with Upper Selsdon rd and another at 270 Selsdon rd on the corner of Carlton Rd both blocks of flats. The back garden Brick by Brick application for a block of flats behind the current block at 279 Selsdon rd has just come forward.
There are concerns about how Planning Committee will function in these difficult times.
