An application for a block of flats to replace a family home at the corner of West Hill opposite Croham Hurst Woods is back again. The last application was withdrawn. A bulky dominant three storey building with 8 flats is proposed squeezed onto this site.It will be totally out of character for our local area. As ward councillor I have objected and referred to Planning Committee for decision where I can address the Committee on behalf of local residents.
