My ward colleague Cllr Danielle Denton and myself have concerns about this application replacing a family home with a block of flats that has come forward once again.There have been some very unsympathetic applications for blocks of flats given permission by the former Labour Administration at 56 West Hill flats still not sold and the appalling development still under construction at 270 Selsdon road at the corner of Carlton Ave.
This application seeks to turn a family home into 4 flats with a part 2 part 3 rear extension and alterations to front and rear elevations.
I referred the last application at this address that was refused. Cllr Denton has referred the current application to Planning Committee for decision.
