Whilst walking through the centre of Croydon today I passed the "parklet" which is now being used as a refuse bin. The plants have not been looked after and the whole area is a sorry state of affairs. Worse than that it appears that nobody is collecting up the refuse from under the seating area. Not a pleasant state of affairs. I have reported this to the council. We may be lucky and get it cleaned up!
