Park Hill and Whitgift local plan submission

Last week I formally responded to the draft local plan submission which would affect parts of the ward.

I made clear in my response that I felt the designated areas of intensification were entirely inappropriate and also that we must not destroy communities and mixed housing types to deliver density that will not create a sustainable future for our borough overall.

I worked closely with Whitgift Residents Association on this. If anyone would like a copy of my response please do get in touch.
