Sadly the bins at Littlewood House off Orchard Road in Hamsey Green, Sanderstead have not been collected for some time. The rubbish and recycling around the site is spreading into the car park and is overlowing into the woodland. I have asked officers to prioritise the clearance of this mess and ensure the bins are emptied on a regular basis. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had to contact the council about the dire mess in this location which residents find extremely distressing.
