I attended the online public exhibition in respect of 1 Addington Road, Sanderstead, the site of the old Rectory. A number of questions were received from the public covering points such as the access on to Sanderstead Hill, overlooking, site management, biodiversity, native species of trees, bat and badger surveys, photovoltaic panels and parking. It is good to see that the developer is willing to engage with those impacted by the proposal and a formal application will be lodged in the summer taking into consideration all the points raised.
