Police were called to Hampton House on Reddown Road at 20:35hrs on 16th October on reports of two males having been assaulted.
On police arrival one of the male victims had received significant injuries and despite London Ambulance Services best efforts he sadly died.
A Suspect has been arrested and remains in custody. No other Suspects remain outstanding at this stage.
There is a significant police presence in the area and a crime scene remains in place in Reddown Road whilst the Investigation progresses expeditiously. It should be expected that this will remain in place throughout the day.
Local police are sorry for the impact this may have on the local community but we hope you understand.
