Manhole Cover to Soakaway - 18th Purley Scout Field - Farmfields

I have been in touch with council officers in relation to the lifted manhole cover to the soakaway in the 18th Purley Scout Field in Farm Fields.  We are now seeing quite heavy rainfall which is causing a number of problems in the area.  The heavy metal manhole cover was lifted from its position and it is likely that the soakaway is blocked.  Hopefully the officers will soon fix the issue so when it next rains the soakaway will take away flood waters from the scout hut and playing field and of course prevent flooding.
