There have been long running issues with blocked drains on Addiscombe Road, particularly near Beverley Hyrst. Croydon Council have come back to me with the following update:
The section of Addiscombe Road where Beverley Hyrst is located is part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) and therefore the enquiry has been forwarded onto them for further investigation. Future enquiries can be raised directly with TfL by using their Streetcare tool here or on 0343 222 1234.
