Keston Avenue Schools Street Scheme start date has slipped again. Not all the signs are in situ nor the power needed for the camera at Coulsdon Road end so until all that is ready the scheme cannot start. Margaret has called for the enforcement date now to be put back to still enable residents to get used to the road closure at school times thus avoiding the chance of fines.
