Yesterday was the first litter picking session of the year organised by Park Hill Residents Association. It was so great to be able to get back out and about after the pause caused by COVID.
There was a fantastic turnout from the local community, over twenty attendees from all over Park Hill and we were also joined by the local policing team who were taking part in their first ever litter pick! that and there was a total of over twenty bags collected!
It was great to see everyone pull together to keep the streets clean and showed just how much fantastic community spirit we have in Park Hill and Whitgift.
