Old Lodge Lane Baptist Church, which also hosts the Kenley Community Hub, is holding another Jobs Fair on Wednesday 11th October from 10.30am until 13.00pm.
The event will support the recruitment of full-time, part-time and voluntary roles. Services will also be available to support people back into work.
The previous event in July 2023 hosted several agencies including Croydon Council Departments, the DWP and charities to give advice and help as well as employers seeking employees. There was an emphasis on employment for those with physical or mental issues. 110 people seeking employment attended. The degree of engagement was high with agencies busy talking through their opportunities.
