Unfortunately, the very successful LoveClean Streets (LCS) app cannot be used for reporting abandoned supermarket trolleys. If you try and use LCS to report them, you see a message telling you to download and use the Trolleywise app.
I tried to so so, but it doesn't work on my standard Android phone, so I suspect that the app is now out of date. The Council's cleansing department tells me that we should send an email to
Trolleywise UK <[email protected]>
and they'll come and pick them up. I've tried this and it works, so please do the same, and help keep our streets clean. I'll also try and get the text changed on LCS, but this may be more difficult, because the app doesn't belong to the Council.
