Gravel Hill - Emergency lane closure

UK Power Networks are carrying out an emergency repair on a high voltage cable in Gravel Hill  and have reduced the eastbound carriageway down to one lane from the junction with Selsdon Park Road The works are expected to be completed by the end of 30th April.

Flood mitigation efforts in Purley & Woodcote

Apparently, it’s the end of the Flood Awareness Week so this post feels timely. Flood mitigation has been a key priority of mine as I have previously blogged about. I was pleased to welcome Croydon Council’s Director of Sustainable Communities, Karen Agbabiaka  and its new Head of Hig
