Croydon Council has always stated that graffiti is an environmental crime. It makes an area look uncared for and feel unsafe. Yet the Council has cut this service and the excellent team that has helped clean up our town. All because the Labour Council has bankrupted Croydon due to its financial incompetence
it will now only clean off offensive graffiti
