It was good to help the Friends of Wettern Tree Garden yesterday. All my family helped including my five year old grandson who was great with the wheelbarrow. It is such a shame the council hasn't got the money to maintain the garden which was previously awarded a Green Flag. The enormity of the task is such that we are unable to cut the many hedges and large shrubs but we can at least keep the rose beds clear of weeds. My thanks to all the Friends.
