Fly Tipping on Sunken Road still there!

The huge fly-tipping on Sunken Road is still there. I reported this on the 30th October and again on the 3rd November. The council says it aims to remove within 2 working days but clearly this has not happened. The new Cabinet member was informed about it on the 30th October as well, this should have been cleared by now.
