Local residents have informed me about a large amount of fly-tipping in the alley between Chipstead Valley Road and Westleigh Avenue.
I've contacted the team at Croydon Council and requested that they attend at the earliest possible opportunity to clear it up. No resident should have to live among waste like this, especially if they are diligently caring for their portion of the area.
