Fairground coming to Rotary Field - POSTPONED

Fairground Purley Rotary Field

I have been advised that the Fairground is coming back to Rotary Field this week. The fair is running on Friday 1st October 2.30 – 9pm, Saturday 2nd October 12pm – 9pm & Sunday 3rd October 12pm – 6pm. I understand that the fairground company was due on site today but I haven't heard yet of any reports of their arrival.

The Council charges a significant amount to the fairground operator. Meanwhile, today I have reported overflowing bins in the park, broken fences - and a few weeks ago I report the broken handrail and numerous broken pieces of play equipment. I would hope that some of that money will be spent fixing Rotary Field rather than being siphoned elsewhere by our Labour-led Council.
