Since the beginning of lockdown the footpath that runs from Normanton Rd to Croham Hurst woods has been heavily fouled. It is only on the part of the path that runs alongside Emmanuel Church and then on to Harewood Rd.. It happens early and appears to be the same owner. Numerous dog owners who are responsible dog owners have reported this to me and on my own early dog walk have been disgusted by the state of the path but unfortunately I have never seen this dog owner. I reported this to the Council who put up Community Protection Notices. These were soon torn down and the fouling continued. The Council has put up more notices and officers have spoken to other dog walkers who use the path. Slowly some information is emerging and hopefully the owner who is permitting this will be identified. It just takes one irresponsible owner to spoil an area.
