It was good to attend the Croydon Partners ASC Providers Recruitment and Retention event today. The aim was to build a network between employers/providers, job centres, training providers and brokerage teams to deliver an in-person recruitment and retention themed workshop and information gathering/sharing session where providers can be signposted to sector specific training courses and be connected to employment/brokerage and career advisors.
It was a busy and successful event.
