I asked, at Croydon Council's Mayoral Question Time last week, if we could be assured Mayor Perry's full support in taking forward through the planning stages Coulsdon's new Health Centre. I'm pleased to report I received the assurance.
The Health Centre will help relieve the pressures on local GP services and on other local medical providers.
Coulsdon Town councillors are due to meet again shortly with key NHS players to iron out potential drawbacks. We look forward to seeing diggers on the old Calat site in due course to bring about this much needed facility. Watch this site for updates.
