As we know Croydon’s Labour Administration has bankrupted the Council. The external auditors report slammed the financial mismanagement at the Council highlighting the mismanagement of its development company Brick by Brick. Despite appalling details emerging on Brick by Brick the deferred application for the Brick by Brick 3 storey block of flats on the grassed area of the current block is set to return to Planning Committee next week. The recommendation of Croydon Councils Planning Department is to grant permission. No wonder residents are angry and upset. Not only will current residents lose precious amenities there is huge uncertainty about the future of Brick by Brick.
