Chris Philp MP: In Old Coulsdon with Rishi Sunak MP

In Old Coulsdon this morning with Rishi Sunak at the Old Coulsdon Centre for the Retired. We heard deep concern about the Government’s plan to slash the winter fuel allowance for almost all pensioners – including those on less than half the minimum wage and for 84% of those pensioners in poverty.

Rest assured, I will be voting against the Government’s proposals when they come to the House of Commons tomorrow.
