Last week soil investigation work at the Shepherds Way site by the Council's developer Brick by Brick made a real mess. I subsequently complained and was promised that repairs would be done on Monday of this week. It is now Friday and it was obvious when I visited the site today that nothing had been done. The picture taken today looks just the same, if not worse than on I took last week.
I have again complained to Brick by Brick and await their reply.
My apologies to residents on this poor performance by the Council's developer and its contractors. If they come forward with a development proposal on this site we need to bear this poor performance and failure to deliver in mind.
