Today the Croydon Council installed bollards on Placehouse Lane to prevent vehicles that regularly ignore the double yellow lines and park on the pavement by the shops often at speed and without any concern for pedestrians.
The incidents of late have become of great concern to residents and shopkeepers especially when the elderly and children are almost mown down.
Please park sensibly.
