I was surprised as were residents to find a number of bins full of general waste on the road on Whitmead Close outside St Peter’s Primary School. The house number on one didn’t relate to bins on any local road. The bins were obstructing the road so were pulled to the side of the road. Once I realised they were not going to be collected and more rubbish was being added to them and foxes were loving them I contacted the Council and they were removed.
