A number of reports have been lodged with the Sanderstead Residents’ Association and the Riddlesdown Residents’ Association in respect of fly tipping at 48 Mitchley Hill, with men turning up and dumping rubble, doors, timber etc. to within the site, from a van.
All this debris is adding to the already demolished buildings’ rubble which is becoming a mini dumping site. RRA have contacted the council and are trying to ascertain what action can be taken to address this matter which is obviously of concern to neighbouring residents.
We hope that the council will respond quickly but obviously with the shortage of staff etc. this could be difficult.
