2a High Beech application to replace with block of 6 flats

Proposed new building at 2a High Beech South Croydon

Residents have notified me of planning application 22/00312/FUL to replace 2a High Beech just off Croham Manor road with a block of 6 flats. I have objected and referred to Planning Committee for consideration. At that meeting I can address the Committee on behalf of residents along with one resident and the applicant. In my view the proposed building does not enhance the local character of the area and will be visible on Croham Manor road and the Conservation Area.
