Residents looking at the concrete plinth built at 22 Briton Crescent

I met with a number of residents outside 22 Briton Crescent last Friday afternoon to discuss their very serious ongoing concerns about the scheme to build a block of 9 flats on this site.

Since the Labour Council’s terrible decision to approve this application there have been numerous problems with the build. Local residents are now very concerned to hear of the Council’s plans to close Briton Crescent to permit a crane to deliver the modular unit onto the concrete plinth created on the site.

I have raised these matters with the Council and am awaiting a response to the issues which I have raised about this.
