A report which went to Cabinet about the Croydon local Plan included many sites identified for development, including residential to meet future housing demand. The Strategic Policies - 7.1 Partial Review (Preferred and Alternative Options) can be dowloaded at . In the report 7.2 Detailed Policies and Proposals (Preferred and Alternative Options) at . there were three gipsy and traveller sites proposed, two in Heathfield Ward; namely Pear Tree Farm and cottage and Coombe Farm, which has an alternative option for redevelopment and one which borders our ward at the Nursery, Conduit Lane, which has an alternative option for a possible school. These are green belt sites.
